- 5Sail24 hours before, we send your captain’s name and the meeting point. You pay the balance to the operator before boarding.

Good to know
Is the price on the site final?
A yacht shows a price only after its operator confirms it; until then it says Price on request. Your written quote states the exact total for your date and group, taxes included, and that is the price you pay.
When do I pay, and to whom?
Nothing is charged when you send a request. If you accept the quote, your concierge sends a secure payment link for the 25% deposit to LuxuryYacht.Tours and you receive a receipt. The 75% balance is paid to the operator before boarding.
What if the weather is bad?
If the port authority or your captain stops sailing for safety, you choose a new date or a full refund of everything you paid.
Can I cancel?
Day trips are free to cancel until 72 hours before departure, with your full deposit refunded. After that the deposit is not refunded. Full cancellation rules
How many people can come?
Up to the licensed number of guests on your quote, and children count. We never place more guests on a yacht than its licence allows.
Arranging yachts for your guests?
Hotels, DMCs and agencies get one contact for every guest booking, partner rates and a copy of each confirmation.
Run a yacht in Sharm?
We bring guests with the price agreed in writing, and we never change your price without asking. Listing is free.
